Data Deletion Instructions
You can request closure of your myEnviron OS account, departure from your current estate, or deletion of specific personal data. These instructions are public. Your private requests and personal information require sign-in.
Submit, track or cancel a request
- Sign in to myEnviron OS using your own account.
- Open Profile → Privacy & account closure, or open your private privacy requests.
- Select Full account closure, Leave current estate workspace, or Delete specific personal data. Provide relevant details and confirm with your password. Submission requires identity verification.
- Review Your requests for your reference, status, scheduled deadline and any review outcome. Return to the same private page to track progress.
- Use Cancel request while cancellation is available, before the deadline and before processing begins.
Two-hour cancellation deadline and eligibility
Standard account closure and estate-departure requests are scheduled two hours after a valid request. You may cancel only before the displayed deadline and before execution begins. After that point, cancellation is unavailable.
Reaching the deadline does not, by itself, mean deletion can proceed. Scheduled deletion depends on current eligibility and the applicable safeguards. Requests needing additional permission, verification or review may remain under review instead of being completed at the scheduled time. Requests to delete particular information are assessed according to what is requested and what must be retained.
The three-day option for closing an account while giving up unused prepaid services is not currently available without verified ownership of those services and financial eligibility. A request does not waive financial obligations.
What is removed and what may be retained
Eligible personal records belonging to a resident, such as unused visitor passes, pet and vehicle records and preferences, can be removed. Account closure ends your access to myEnviron OS. Leaving an estate removes your resident access there while preserving your other authorized access. A shared account may continue to exist for those other services.
Financial and billing evidence, security and access history, administrative records, service-request and third-party records, audit evidence, and legally required records may be retained or restricted where necessary. Closure does not erase another person’s records or close an account managed by a separate service. These instructions do not promise a fixed retention period.
Accounts and households that need additional review
The myEnviron team must review accounts responsible for operating myEnviron OS through a separate, verified handover process. Your estate management must handle handover of estate-management responsibilities and changes to employment-related access. Business or referral-partner relationships, shared accounts, household members and dependants may require additional review. Leaving an estate must not remove your other permitted access or another person’s access.
Cannot sign in or need help?
First try password recovery. If you still cannot sign in, contact your estate management office using the contact details supplied when you joined or your usual estate support channel. Ask them to forward your personal-data deletion or account-access request to myEnviron Support.
Provide your account email, estate name and the help you need. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents through public comments. myEnviron Support must verify your identity and permission before acting; contacting support does not bypass account-protection or retention requirements.
